I'm a digital transformation, product and project lead who builds with AI hands-on. I take a business priority, scope it into a real project, govern it through to delivery, and prove it moved a number. Over twenty years of working experience, more than a decade of it in product and project delivery, much of it building new ventures from zero. This is my open application. Not slideware and buzzwords. I use AI day to day to ship products, test ideas before anyone commits budget, and take the manual work out of broken processes. Strategy and the build, not one or the other.

  • Build and automate working solutions hands-on with AI tooling, rather than handing off a brief and waiting.

  • Ran my studio smedium and went all-in on AI, building my own portfolio of products end to end, hands-on.
  • Shipped Pedal Peak (web and native iOS) and the Onyx focus app, from first idea to running product.
  • Got genuinely fluent with modern AI tooling by building real things with it, prototyping, automation and shipping, not just following the hype.

Senior Product Manager, Lead E-Commerce

Ifolor Group · Zurich

  • Owned the e-commerce platform and strategy for a CHF 100M+ business, reporting to C-level.
  • Lifted conversion 9% and the checkout step rate 15% through research, A/B testing and analytics.
  • Led a cross-functional team and external agencies, owning budget, resourcing and KPIs.
  • Built and prioritised the product roadmap, deciding what to ship next from data and customer research.
  • Ran the experimentation programme end to end, from hypothesis to reading the numbers and acting on them.

  • Owned the partnerships with financial institutions, UBS and Baloise, that drove growth.
  • Was the main bridge between senior client stakeholders and the internal delivery team.
  • Ran delivery against scope, timeline and budget, keeping both sides aligned to one outcome.
  • Turned client needs into clear briefs the delivery team could build without guesswork.

Marketing & Growth Lead, Founding Team

WePractice · Sparrow Ventures (Migros Group) · Zurich

  • Founding team of a health venture. Closed two funding rounds and grew it to 10 locations, 23 people and 170+ customers.
  • Generated 1000+ client matches in year one and built the full go-to-market on a hypothesis-and-data approach.
  • Built and led the marketing and sales team after Series B, owning budget, KPIs and growth.
  • Made the case to investors and helped shape the story that closed both rounds.
  • Set up the acquisition and matching funnel, then optimised it as the venture scaled across locations.

Growth & Venture Builder

  • Built and governed a portfolio of internal startups, from early validation through to scale-up.
  • Used research and experimentation to improve conversion, lower acquisition cost and raise customer lifetime value.
  • Validated each idea cheaply before committing build budget, killing the weak ones early.
  • Made the build, buy and partner calls as new ventures took shape.

  • Ran staged market pilots for new products (Smide, now BOND Mobility, plus XpertCheck and Lizzy) from MVP to launch inside one of Switzerland's largest insurers.
  • Coached cross-functional teams and explored new data and partnerships.
  • Took ideas through clear gates, validate, build, pilot, with a real go or no-go at each step.
  • Worked across business and tech to turn an early concept into something customers could actually use.

Things I've built myself

I don't just manage other people's products. I build my own, end to end, with modern AI workflows, web and native iOS apps. It keeps me close to the craft I ask teams to deliver.

A cycling community platform with its own native iOS app, connecting riders with curated routes, local groups and stories. Designed and built end to end on modern AI tooling, web and iPhone, from the first idea to the running product.

Onyx

A native iPhone focus app I built and use daily: start a session, block distracting apps with Apple Screen Time, and see your focus in clean charts. Built in SwiftUI, solo, with AI in the loop.
